Tour planner and guide I was given Katia's contact by another tour operator. She has been in business for 25 years. She is excellent communicator, I could always count a response to my emails sent in the evening by noon the next day. She personally served as our guide and driver on our itinerary of airport transfers, transport between hotels and arranging tours. She is always on time. She is courteous. She speaks English well and provided information about the history and culture of Panama. I highly recommend using this company for making arrangements in Panama.

Trip to Panama We booked a 5 day tour with Katia, covering the Panama Canal, San Lorenzo, a city tour of Panama City and a trip to the Monkey Island and Sloth sanctuary as well as airport pick up and drop off. Sonny island , Panama City My family recently booked a tour with Katya to visit Sonny Island in Panama. She was highly responsive and maintained excellent communication with us via email and WhatsApp, right up until we returned from the island.The journey to the island took about two hours. The resort on Sonny Island, though simple and clean, offers a charming and unique experience. It features two beautiful, small beaches, and the atmosphere feels reminiscent of a summer camp—but set on a stunning tropical island. While it’s not a luxury destination like the Four Seasons, it is absolutely worth a visit.Based on my experience, I would recommend staying for 2–3 nights to fully enjoy the island. Knowing this, I would have opted for an overnight stay rather than a day trip.Our return journey was challenging due to rough waters, so I suggest bringing motion sickness medication and being prepared for potentially choppy conditions.Overall, the experience with Katya was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

She not only is able to tell you the touristy things but can give you a view of Panama as a Panamanian. I always felt as though I was the only person she was working for and a part of her family. I can’t say enough good things My friends and I recently traveled to Panama City for the first time, where we were introduced to Kat. In addition to being very nice and professional, Kat took us throughout the city, explaining the incredible history of the Canal and the people who lived and worked on it. She also took us on a tour of the rainforest, and with her knowledge of the ecosystem of the country, she even followed the sound of a toucan so that we would get our wish of seeing one! Best tour guide in Panama I booked with Katia at the recommendation of family in Panama who provided great feedback.Not only did she arrange for pickup and drop offs, provide commentary, and recommend the best things to do - she also went above and beyond to make our short stay in Panama memorable.1.) I wanted to see toucans in gamboa , and unfortunately did not spot any. Katia drove us nearby a location that frequently has them, listened out for their bird call and low and behold! I got to see the majestic animal!2.) She helps us to locate the neighborhood in which my grandfather grew up with nothing more than a few markers and landmarks. It was truly special.3.) Stopped at a local shop to get some fresh fruits and snacks after a long day.I would recommend Katia highly to anyone traveling to Panama City and beyond .
